Pretty awesome effort!

I loved the side-chaining and the break away from it at 0:45, and I also really liked the radio filter break @ 1:15!

There were a few little things that could really use improvement here though.

-Your drum kit sounds kinda smooshed, and your bass needs a couple more layers.
-You should definitely go through and individually eq all of your instruments
-check the timing on the sidechaining at 1:00 (Sounds like you have a 3xosc getting chopped way too hard in the backround)

This song could be awesome, just do a little house-keeping around your project file!

DdyCat responds:

Thanks, that break at 0:45 is my fav part too. I will work more on my EQing, but to be honest i hardly know anything about music theory, i just go with what sounds good.

And those weren't my best choice of drums for this song, but i got tired of looking so i just went with those.

Also that 3x osc synth only sounds like that cause it has a gated type effect going on.

Thank you for the review and i will most def work on the things mentioned and clean up my future tracks.

I like where you're going with this :)

The lead piano and strings are great, the drum pattern is generally right for dance, and the melodies sound really good together!

Methinks...

Mastering/ Blending is what you really need to focus on here.
This song needs more LFO action, and that dance lead could reallly use some effect automation. I definitely suggest hitting up Youtube for some Mastering/ Automation tutorials; it helped me substantially a couple years back, and I'm sure it could do wonders for your music :)

Great Effort, just give it that little bit more!

I agree with SCTE3

Definitely sounds like a Horror Movie/ Game Soundscape; very bone chilling :3.
Really takes me to an apocalyptic barren wasteland. Where zombies are everywhere, and you're all alone with your memories. Planning, Preparing, Waiting... >:)

This is pretty incredible bro,
Please make more :)

Love everything after 33 seconds ><

This is sick as fuuuUU, but I'm not gonna lie the 8-bit samples could use some better mastering to fit with everything else better.

over all though; this is in-fucking-credible work
